Community Emergency Needs
Sometimes the money is just not there for families and that’s where we come in. When the rent or utility payment is due and there’s no way to pay it, we can often help. We provide funds for various emergency situations faced by families in our community. We’ve aided families who were coping with loss from fires, families facing evictions, those who needed food, etc. If you and your family need our assistance, please Request Help.
Scholarship
Each spring our group awards scholarships to Gull Lake community high school seniors who have demonstrated exemplary volunteerism.
Medical/Dental Assistance
This CV subsidy program targets families in the community whose needs qualify them for specific health assistance. This includes medical attention, dental work, counseling, and evaluation for learning disabilities.
Gull Lake Community Schools Support
Our group funds program and equipment needs within the schools, as well as provides clothing, food, educational support and other resources for the benefit of the students. We support programs that lack adequate funding including tutoring, educational trips, AV equipment, library books, technology and art supplies. These efforts touch the lives of hundreds of students each year.
